I have had reading the news in "La Tercera" and this piece of news call my entirely attention.
Firstly Ii have to say that in the beginning of this movement I was totally agree with the students because I am one of them and I am paying a lot of money for my education, but I always had in my head the idea of “Free education? Never, with our situation we cannot have it but equality we should have it”. On the other hand other people thought differently and continue with the demonstrations and strikes.
Two months have passed and we do not see any change, because neither side wants to give up and accept that “We cannot have everything we want”. On the other hand the principal news that I want to highlight. The past September, 8 Confech realize a demonstration and I have read the comments and many people were against this decision because the country suffered the loss of 21 compatriots.
I have to say that I agree with this movement but I am not agree with the comments from a student who said: “the people of that plane support us, so we cannot stop the demonstrations”. I just can said: many students complained about the government were taking advantage of this accident well they are doing the same and I cannot support that.
In my opinion if students want the people support they would have taken better decisions, because with this many people loss the interest in students movement.
